This Wednesday, we had the opportunity to present the talk "Ten Years of the Derecho Real de Conservación: Real Impact on Nature Conservation" as part of the Universidad de Chile's 2026 Antumapu Seminars.
Ariane Claussen, Land Conservation Specialist, delved into the main lessons and challenges we have identified through our experience using this legal tool to create 19 conservation areas to date.
During the event, we presented examples of some of the protected areas in central and southern Chile and had the opportunity to address some interesting questions from attendees.
We are grateful for the interest shown by students and academics, and especially thank the Faculties of Agronomy and Forestry Sciences for the invitation!
