At Tierra Austral, we are looking ahead through a strategic planning process aimed at strengthening our efforts to conserve lands of high ecological value.

To date, we’ve held four team workshops where we’ve exchanged ideas, shared perspectives, and defined key priorities to advance our mission. These sessions have been essential in aligning our efforts and formulating strategies that will help us to both pursue exciting future opportunities and to address a diverse range of challenges. The strategic plan will enable Tierra Austral to move forward with a clear and collaborative vision.

This process is especially relevant in the current context, as we face the complex and related crises of climate change and biodiversity loss—which demand coordinated, forward-thinking action. We remain committed to moving forward, fully convinced that strong planning is essential to achieving a lasting and meaningful impact in land conservation.
